Position description:
- Providing administrative support, including diary management, coordination and management of correspondence, and efficient use of office systems.
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder inquiries, correspondence, and operational issues, ensuring the effective delivery of information and services.
- Handling travel arrangements and related procurement, including credit card and financial reconciliations.
- Operating and maintaining computer-based applications for the work area and preparing associated reports.
