Key Responsibilities
- Manage complaints and incidents, including assessment, recording, resolution, and referral as necessary.
- Generate high-quality written correspondence tailored to various audiences, including formal responses for the Minister.
- Coordinate correspondence, briefing, and reporting.
- Provide support to the Complaints Team.
