Our client is seeking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (Central) to join their dynamic team. This position will report to the Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities, managing distributors and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deliver the sell-in and sell-out target within Gross-to-Net budget allocated
- Joint Business Planning with Distributor and Key-Customer for short and long-term business growth and profitability
- Managing and coaching distributor's team on in-store execution, route plans and product knowledge
- Optimising the trade spend management via sales promotion planning
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry on distributor management
- Experience on key account management will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) will be an added advantage
- Strategic thinking with strong analytic and negotiation skills, and good presentation skills
