Experience of Brand marketing and/or Product marketing in FMCG/CPG industry for 2-3+ years.f
Experience of Leading NPD and/or Communication development with cross functional team.
Experience of English usage in business.
In-depth knowledge and understanding about Japanese consumer trends, market, and products.
Preferable
Experience in cosmetics and/or health care industry is preferable.
Experience in global/multi-national organization is preferable.
Experience of consumer research such as U&A, business volumetric and qualitative tests is preferable.
