Assist in implementing and formalizing the company's enterprise risk management policy and framework, drive the development and execution of risk management initiatives to ensure the ERM program is effective and meets best practices and regulatory requirements
Contribute to regular risk reporting, focusing on financial risk metrics and key risk indicators, provide risk insights and analysis to support management and board decision-making
Participate in the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process and reporting, develop risk scenarios for capital projection analysis, identify potential adverse business drivers and offer insights on capital management actions
Involve in the product development lifecycle and facilitate the identification of key financial risks
Collaborate with business functions to formulate appropriate risk mitigation strategies
Work closely with Actuarial, Investment, and Finance teams on ALM activities, support strategic asset allocation monitoring, duration management, and liquidity management
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor Degree in Actuarial or relevant disciplines like Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or Risk Management
Minimum 2-3 years of financial risk management experience in insurance or insurance related sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
