Looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading Property Services company based in South East London on a Permanent basis
We are looking for a driven individual who previous experience within Planned works projects and Social housing

Key duties will include:
- Manage Operatives, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained along with Health and safety at all times.
- Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise any actions
- Carry out successful handover of works
- Liaising with residents and site team
- Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports
- Keep Project/ Site manager up to date on progress
Needs:
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS
- Strong IT Skills, Word, Excel etc
- Social housing expereince is a must
