We are looking for fulltime candidates who would be interested in a 3 month contract to perm opportunity
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm (9 hour shift within those hours)
Pay: $25-$27/ hour
Start date: ASAP!
Training on-site in Mississauga
100% remote once trained
equipment provided by the company

Responsibilities
- taking customer calls and inquiries
- scheduling service calls for customers
- forecasting dispatch operations
- assigning work orders to dispatchers
- supporting technicians with customer communications
- responding to customer and technician email communication
- handling escalated customer calls
- reporting to the manager on duty
Qualifications
- Profiency in French and Englsih is a MUST
- experience in the customer service field is required
- experience in a distpatch role is an asset
- friendly and outgoing personality
- computer savvy
