- Full-time, permanent position; fully in-office

- Benefits: 90% coverage for medical/dental (premiums paid by the company, not deducted on employees pay) after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities
• Work with the Area Sales Manager as necessary to determine the correct strategy for each project
• Review various lead sources for products
• Prepare quotations to contractors, distributors and end users as necessary
• Follow up with project principals involved to determine when a contract has been awarded
• Follow up project and quotations with project principals; provide information and other phone assistance
• Contact architect/engineering firms to secure in-house specifications
• Assist architects/engineers with technical/design assistance to properly specify company products
• Offer inside support to field sales staff.
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Responsible for counter sales and order picking
• Assist in preparing orders, packing and act as a back up to the warehouse – Material Handler
• Resolve customer issues and/or problems; liaise with outside sales, accounting/credit
department, materials control and warehouse to investigate and resolve issues
• answer calls, emails and assist customers
• enter orders into the system and use selling techniques to increase sales or offer complementary products/services
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- 2-3 Years of customer service experience
- Experience in industrial sales would be a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience making cold calls
- Experience with reading technical drawings is an asset
