Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship for turnover and profitability in the local market・Implement the international brands strategies in the country, determine and implement necessary local adjustments in close liaison with the international brand teams (Paris Headquarter & North Asia Zone Headquarter)・Enhance brands' attraction, image, and awareness in the country・Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)・Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights thorugh market visit/customer voice, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs・Take ownership of international and Japan specific launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines・Lead the marketing mix strategies (O+O/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales) collaborating with Sales, Digital and Education Teams・Promote EC chennel as key growth engine with Digital Team keeping collaboration with key stakeholders.・Mobilize and lead other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy・Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings・Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how
求められる経験
-Expect 15y+ professional experiences and 10y+ Marketing leading
-Experience to lead O+O activities with using Digital Media & EC.
-Excellent communication skill with frequent Business English
-Middle sized team leading with appropriate people management.
-Good collaborator and influencer to gain buy-in of stakeholders and mobilize other teams
