Reporting to the Brand Lead (Category Manager).
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and managers on brand direction, contribute strongly to the Annual Brand Plans and direction
- Analysis of consumer insights by working closely with the insights team and using said data to maximize reach and sales.
- Product, Packaging, and Trade Marketing plans.
- Product Development and Launches as necessary to align with messaging and branding
- Ensure legal compliance of branding and adapt global direction to local directives
- Keep track and measure campaign and marketing performance against KPIs and objectives
- Agency direction and management
skills and experience required
- Tertiary education
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing in the FMCG industry
- Strong data driven, strategic, and brand management skills
- Background in a regulated industry is a bonus, people lead experience is a bonus.
