The position is responsible for managing strategic brand portfolio and to demonstrate next level of marketing capability towards the other marketing related teams.Key responsibilities include brand business diagnosis (consumer centric, as well as channels, competition, packages, customers and trends), strategy proposal, core business growth, and new innovation development.This role is also responsible for contributing the alignment in the large and complex cross functional teams supporting Category Lead to align the local strategy & execution with engaging global team.Responsibilities:•Leads the local category multifunctional team (marketing innovation, customer marketing, supply chain, finance) through category and brand planning process, delivery of plans and monitoring of category performance to implement appropriate plan changes.•Responsible in Brand Communications for: Adaptation to comply with local regulations, Activation advertising / tactical local copy, allocation of media budget within annual planning (AP) parameters, PR & Sponsorship.•Responsible for launch management; building launch plans and channel strategies (promotions, media and POS), Customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
求められる経験
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management/marketing/customer marketing/trade marketing in FMCG industry.
•Experienced at briefing and managing advertising and other resource agencies. Experience of planning and execution in a whole campaign.
•Experienced in the use of quantitative and qualitative market research and its applicability to managing brands
•Japanese: Native + English: business level
