Responsibilities
Here are some of the challenges you'll face in your new role as Business Development and Recruitment Specialist:
- Maintain and develop your customer database by building relationships with new and existing clients
- Regularly engage clients and prospective clients, by telephone or by organizing networking visits (virtual or in person) in a specific local area;
- Meet clients recruitment needs;
- Lead and manage the entire recruitment cycle;
- Participate in the negotiation, interviewing and hiring of all new talent.

- Experience working with sales and business development;
- An ability to build strong, lasting relationships;
- Experience or a keen interest in the world of recruitment;
- At ease in a fast-paced, hyper-dynamic environment;

- A passion for meeting challenges, achieving and exceeding objectives;
- A good team player with strong communication skills;

- Permanent full-time 37.5 hours per week
