Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Support program objectives through strategic and impactful internal communications for a global audience including (but not limited to) emails, weekly newsletters, SharePoint sites, presentations, and speaking notes
• Package communications in a clear and visual way through engaging presentations and visuals
• Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance; develop plans to mitigate concerns
• Provide formal and informal change management coaching to the project team and business stakeholders
• Creation of change management deliverables
• Share best practices with the change management and training team to accelerate the development of change readiness, training roll out, and sustainment acumen across the program
• Research, outline, write new and existing change & educational content; work closely with the Project Manager or Learning Lead to understand various project requirements
• Plan, schedule, and track documentation work to meet a variety of project and system release dates
• Support with producing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), User Guides, FAQ's and Job Aids that meet organizational standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners to meet project milestones in a dynamic environment
• Craft and execute on surveys and assessments that inform learning goals and techniques
Support Activities:
• Support cross-functional partners to deliver project-related activities for a variety of internal and external audiences
• Support with overview of learning content and ensuring it adheres to business and change strategy, content standards, and other guidelines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related discipline
• 3-5+ years of experience in change management or large-scale transformation projects in leadership capacity
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
• Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
• Excellent listening and facilitation skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move towards a common goal or vision
• Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – a self-starter
• Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement
• A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful • Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high-pressure environment, and deliver high quality product under tight timelines
• Graphic design skills an asset
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet
