Change Manager
We are on the lookout for our next “Change Manager” to join one of our state government department clients who is working on a major implementation project. The opportunity will be working within a hybrid environment with an initial 4 month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
... - Conducting change management assessments by understanding the current state and the future state
- Develop a change management strategy.
- Prepare and execute communications and stakeholder management plans
- Determine training/user self-service needs assessments
- Develop training/user self-service collateral
- Attend relevant agile ceremonies (e.g. showcases), as required, to clarify understanding of features and to inform change management activities
- Engage with and support key stakeholders throughout the process
- Conduct change readiness assessment, analyse implications and recommend priority actions
- Provide change support as required
To succeed in this position you will have
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing complex ICT-enabled digital change
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills, including the demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written English and ability to relate to and write for different audiences
- Proven experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team in a matrix organisation and in maintaining effective working relationships with interdependent teams
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work independently
- Strong organisational skills with proven experience in a disciplined ICT program and project environment
- Evidence of a strong track record in change management in enterprise organisations
- Certification in change management
