Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this Team Leader position are as follows:
- You will be the right-hand man of the Regional Manager, in charge of a 10-strong branch team.
- Ongoing coaching and training of the team on new software and procedures/products
- Support and coach the internal sales team (manufacturing customer service)
- Plan and organize production, operations and customer service activities
- Coordinate a training program with our suppliers to ensure that the inside sales team is continuously trained on the products offered and to ensure that they have the technical knowledge required to perform their tasks.
- Organize meetings with the inside sales team to continually improve service, and work with the Office Manager to achieve overall operating goals and plans.
- Marginal review of daily invoices
- Responsible for reviewing new opportunities and preparing quotations for public tenders.
- Assist internal sales team in daily interactions with customers to sell and promote automation solutions.
- Enter contracts and orders into the SAP system
Qualifications
The qualifications required for this Customer Service Team Leader role are :
- 4 to 6 years supervisory experience
- Experience in an inside sales role in the manufacturing field (electrical, mechanical...)
- Bilingualism, spoken and written. Many customers are outside the province.
- Dynamic personality, autonomy, multitasking
- Ability to work on SAP and Microsoft systems
