Degital Marketing:・Provide consumers with great & memorable experience and service across all controlled touch points such as Retail, Membership, Ecom.・Utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing, CRM and Membership strategies to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages for our brands.・Assess the media platform used for each brand today and decide whether there are opportunity to expend to new ones, merge some of them and review how we can grow the community of followers. Get creative with customer engagement, especially on social media. We should not limit outreach and marketing campaigns to necessarily only Insta and Facebook.・Supernision and coordination of the local communication teams working on all brands. Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.Membership Management(CRM):・Collaborate with relevant departments to establish a new CRM platform・Develop amd implement a strategy to efficiently acquire members・Increase membership purchase frequency with effective CRM programs・Responsible for decelopment, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of membership and CRM programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.Training Team Management:・Managing the trainer's team to ensure a consistent delivery of the marketing planning and knowledge is being well-adopted by the trainers and the fashion advisory staff in the POS・Guide the training team so that all activities that occur at each brand and company are distributed to all FADVs.・Educate all FADVs as brand ambassadors to influence consumers and focus on increasing their commitment/engagement to the brand.Others:・Support the developing the Marketing Strategy to the Head of Marketing ・Develop the annual budgeting process against the commercial and well-manage the A&P reporting to the Head of Marketing

Requirements:
・10yeas+ experience in related role
・Deep understanding of digital ecosystems
・Relevant experience in CRM, loyalty, member lifecycle management for for consumer brands
・Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
・6years+ team management/leadership experience in anlarge market.
・Cross Functional expertise in Brand Marketing management and leadership to make alignment
・Experience with strategies & concept development, media strategies development, media-neutral planning, integrated brand marketing planning, media setting KPIs and tracking ROIs.
・Solid marketing experience, background in working/
・Experience in beauty/innerwear/apparel business is a bonus
・Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency processes
・Excellent drive, judgement, creative insights and understanding of branded aesthetics.
・Ability to inspire via strong presentation and communication skills
・Strategic thinking
・Strong commercial understanding
・Strong people development skills
・Proven ability to lead complex and multi-functional teams
・Project management skillset
・High drive + result orientated
・Educated to degree level+
・Fluent business languages skills in Jappanese and English
