You will play a crucial role in the Customer Service team ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support.

Your success in these roles will require

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Customer Service officer position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience working with vulnerable people, empathy and sensitivity towards the needs of vulnerable individuals and families.
• Resilience
• Competency in computer literacy, data entry and Microsoft office
• Ability to work at the highest level of confidentiality
• Possess a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
