Customer Service Team Supervisor
6 Months Contract
£17.34 (PAYE) to £19.34 (RU PAYE) / Per hour
A well established consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Service Team Supervisor to join their customer service team on a 6 months contract
You will be managing and leading a team of customer service representatives ensuring they follow all rules and procedures associated with FCA regulations and requirements, therefore the successful candidate should come back from a strong banking / Financial service background
Essential Skills
- Previous experience managing and leading teams
- Previous experience working in a customer service role
- Strong understanding FCA regulation and risk management
Role is based in newcastle (onsite)
6 Months Contract with potential of extension - Pay Rate - £17.34 (PAYE) to £19.34 (RU PAYE) / Per hour
Working Hours: 8am to 10pm Monday to Sunday (Shifts will be around your team). As a Customer Service team supervisor you will still have a work healthy life balance as your shifts will be planned around the team schedule and will be rotated amongst other TL.
