Job Description –
- Responsible for all administrative aspects of order processing, delivery and invoicing and POD collection.
- Provide support to Sales & Service team as assigned by the Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure customer orders are fulfilled through the process from order to invoicing.
- Manage and follow up with respective stakeholders for consignment delivery and return orders.
- Work closely with Sales & Service team and Logistics providers to ensure best means for on-time delivery.
- Perform order / stock reconciliation between customer, vendor & SAP records.
- Support and update Sales & Service team on all order related information, deliveries, service scheduling.
- Ensuring all processes are in compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Maintain good record of all related transactions for internal / external audit purposes.
- Maintain complete and correct data in SAP.
- Prepare and maintain all relevant documents for order fulfillment.
- Ensure all required statutory documents required for a MSP are present and active.
- Responsible for physical infrastructure, Capex maintenance & over all cleanliness and Hygiene at the MSP.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Role : Customer Support
Preferred education, Work experience and skill set –
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy (preferred) else Graduation (Others) + Post Graduation in Supply Chain/Operations will be added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 Years in Supply Chain Operations (Pharma background preferred).
- Skill and knowledge requirement:
Should have In- depth knowledge of warehouse operations, Order management and Customer service & Supply Chain functions.
Industry knowledge of Manufacturing, FMCG or Pharma
Hands on experience in SAP. Knowledge of 03rd party WMS and shipment tracking software will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated decision making and Problem-solving skills
Comprehensive skills in MS Excel/ reporting tools, PowerPoint
