- Basic understanding of IT hardware
- Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
- Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware or cabling
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment and displaying excellent time management skills
- Ability to take direction from both a directed work system and/or a team lead
- Capable to work at height and from ladders regularly
- Ability to lift or move up to 20 kg of equipment on a daily basis
- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the work shift
