Responsibilities
Here are the responsibilities for this Digital Communications Advisor at this Business Association leader in Longueuil;
General responsibilities
Plan and design the editorial calendar for the "Mon commerce en ligne" project;
Coordinate communications campaigns in line with the established communications plan and
program branding;
Maintain up-to-date information and optimize websites and other digital platforms.
Specific responsibilities
Editorial calendar and content
Monitor and develop the influence of the "Mon commerce en ligne" program and its actions
on social media and other platforms;
Plan and ensure execution of social media strategy;
Monitor broadcasting opportunities on digital platforms and events
events;
Contribute blog content;
Contribute to other project-related content.
Communication campaigns
Create and manage content and capture leads;
Create and coordinate newsletter content;
Evaluate and develop communication strategies;
Ensure brand image is respected in all external communications.
Website and digital platforms
Ensure the execution of changes required to maintain up-to-date information on all digital
platforms (Main site, social media - Linked In, Facebook, Instagram (asset));
Optimize digital platforms (SEO, visuals, content);
Implement lead generation strategies on Hubspot (email marketing, marketing automation
automation, CTAs, chat, pop-ups, forms, etc).
Qualifications
Here are the qualifications required for this Digital Communications Advisor at this Business Association leader in Longueuil ;
University degree in an appropriate discipline (communications, public relations,
journalism or political science);
5 to 8 years' experience in a similar position (relevant internship experience);
Demonstrate teamwork skills, flexibility and excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
Knowledge of business media and social networks;
Proficiency in MS Office, Hubspot , Wordpress ; Canvas, Facebook, Instagram,
Google (Analytics, Business manager, drive etc), You Tube
Perfect command of spoken and written French.
