about the job
The Digital Manager (Creative) is a newly created role for their new product line. You will be collaborating closely with the Brand Lead to develop strategies aimed at enhancing the new brand presence and engagement in the digital space.
This role emphasises in the creative direction of digital marketing as it is supported by a strong performance marketing manager for more result-driven campaigns.
- Overseeing brand equity and digital activation within the brand portfolio, conducting consumer research to inform innovative digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency in brand communication.
- Work closely with various departments to align digital activities with market needs and HQ objectives
- Take the lead in developing digital components of the marketing mix, encompassing new products, packaging, brand messaging, and strategies aimed at reinforcing brand equity and adhering to HQ's brand positioning.
- Stay abreast of digital market trends, analyze consumer and competitor activities, and identify opportunities and challenges to develop effective digital communication tools within legal frameworks.
- Evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against predefined objectives, including ROI and KPIs.
- Manage all interactions with global and local digital agencies, overseeing projects contracted to them, negotiating timelines and budgets, and conducting annual assessments of their performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

about you
- The ideal candidate will have a university degree, at least 5 years of relevant managerial experience in FMCG marketing
- Great understanding of the full marketing mix, and expertise in digital activations and social media platforms.
- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of the local language is preferred.

- Knowledgeable in delivering and implementing digital strategies and innovation.
- Knowledgeable in digital and social media tools with expertise in A/B and other testing methods.
- Ability to read and implement insights from Google Analytics, PowerBI and other analytic tools including social listening.

- Has strong agency and project management skills.
