・Design, develop and drive XXXXX Strategic Digital Marketing Plan and Process which continues to provide consumer focused opportunities and sources of profitable growth. Delivering against the Corporate and Business Unit KPI's and Targets.・Continuously develop and drive the digital marketing positioning and values across the region.・Develop Digital Marketing Organization structure which engoges consumer-minded digital marketing professionals to drive a Brand Led Consumer Focused culuture and commercial approach based on clear roles and responsibilities.・Develop and implement an operating system framework to ensure that the Digital Marketing strategy and guiding principles are embedded and across, delivering one consistent Digital Marketing framework and digital strategies aligned to target audience, brand KPIs ( including market share, brand awareness, brand preference, online PV/UV, traffic conversion rate, Omni-channel transaction rate, social media exposure/ followers, iWOM), brand values, and positioning.etc...

求められる経験
・10years + experience in digital marketing including digital media planning and buying experiences
・4years + experience in digital marketing management
・Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
・Cross Functional expertise in Digital Marketing management
・Experience with strategies & concept development, digital marketing planning, digital marketing framework development, SEO and related planning, link building and respective KPIs setting and tracking ROIs.
・Solid marketing experience, background in working at both HQ and Country level is preferred. Additional brand management experience is a plus.
・Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
・Experience with high-caliber agency management and agency process.
・Much better with background in working both county (local) level and HQ (central) level
・Experience of digital advertising agencies is preferable
・Educated to degree level +
・Fluent business language skills in Japanese and English
