Advantages

· 40 hour work week Monday Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
· Salary between 50,000-60,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate accident and incident reports, and provide assistance to drivers and brokers with their reports
- Act as the primary liaison with the insurance company
- Continuously following up on claims to ensure a timely resolution
- Process insurance renewals, as well as SAAQ license and plate renewals
- Inventory checks and monitor fuel prices
- Manage and Supply drivers cellphones, uniforms, and PPE
- Create Dangerous Goods users and pull monthly reports to ensure compliance with regulations
- Update and maintain the insurance report to ensure accuracy and completeness of data (quarterly)
- Administer fuel chips for drivers to ensure proper fuel usage and record-keeping
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in a similar role (safety & compliance or administration in a trucking company)
- Ability to analyze problems and find solutions quickly
- Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset)
- Professionalism and good organizational skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bilingual (French & English)
