We are in search of an Executive Assistant with solid board support experience, who can serve as a reliable pillar of support to a Chief Executive Officer. The perfect person for this role will have proactive problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering eye for detail. Given the ever-evolving executive realm, adaptability and discretion in handling confidential information are paramount skills for this role.
key duties
Manage professional and personal scheduling for the CEO, including email, telephone calls, and other company logistics.
Support the CEO and board members with travel, accommodation, expenses, and general administration tasks
Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality
Organise communications, plan events, both internal and off-site
Prepare documentation including agendas, minutes, and collating of papers for meetings, ensuring compliance with associated governance and statutory obligations.
required skills and qualifications
Solid Executive Assistant experience at senior executive level
Minimum of two years boards support experience
Knowledge of Board governance operations administration, procedures and compliance
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient minute taking experience
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite and video calling software
Must hold a valid passport to travel to Australia
