about the role
They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant Manager to join their growing team. You responsibilities include but are not limited to:-
- Provide executive support with strategic calendar management, scheduling meetings, and maintaining focus on Partner priorities and business objectives.
- Maintain and update client contacts in the CRM, proactively identifying clients needing follow-up, and manage administrative needs including timesheets and expenses.
- Manage all travel arrangements for optimal time management and assist with scheduling for complex projects as requested by the Partner or project team.
- Lead and develop direct reports, set performance objectives, conduct reviews, manage performance issues, and identify training needs to ensure excellent client service and support.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Regional EA Manager, leading a team of 8 person.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have at least 3 years of team management experience. You possess strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication skills.
