Responsibilities
● Take responsibility for the quality of the workplace. Proactively assess operational readiness,
ensuring the spaces are maintained and looking their best
● Ability to respond/resolve, address and troubleshoot office related questions
● Ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders, employees, new hires, guests, and visitors
● Responsible for procurement, placing food orders and restocking snacks & supplies as needed
● Work collaboratively with cross-functional partner teams such as AV/IT, Security, and EH&S and
liaise with property management/serviced suite provider
● Managing and tracking various reports, metrics, and documentation on the SharePoint page
● Supporting the team by documenting current processes, suggesting improvements, and
identifying issues in current workflows
● Work collaboratively with vendors to ensure high levels of service, maintaining solid
communication and good working relationships
● Utilize the workplace ticketing system to efficiently address service requests, repairs, and
maintenance needs. Quickly diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and coordinate with outside
vendors as needed to provide timely resolutions. Close tickets promptly once work is complete.
Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Workplace, Facilities, and Hospitality fields
● Technical experience with building control systems, environmental systems, workplace
technology and audio/visual preferred
● Experience with vendor management and the implementation of the corporate safety program.
● Excellent oral and written skills and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications is required.
● Customer service oriented - pleasant, friendly, cheerful, energetic, courteous, and professional
demeanor
● Flexible and able to multitask effectively
● Organized and able to prioritize assigned tasks
● Timely, accurate, and detail oriented
● Shows initiative and a willingness to learn
● Ability to self-manage and effectively manage workload
● Ability to collaborate with other business units within the Company
