Main Responsibilities:
• Accounts Analysis & Reconciliations
• Prepare and Post Monthly Journal Entries
• Maintain Capital Assets Schedules
• Prepare Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Inventory & Parts Costs Analysis
• Prepare Year End Audit Schedules
• AR and AP (Back up)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Technical and Educational Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Enrolment in CPA
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in Corporate Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & SAGE 50
• Excellent organizational skill
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented and highly efficient
• Good verbal and written communication skills
