about the job
- Oversee the overall property and facility management functions of the company
- Assist the HOD in the operations of the department with the key objectives of providing high quality service, improving process flow & service quality, and increasing profitability in accordance to the Company's policy
- Lead the operations of the property management department, improve service delivery to the clients and eventually maximise profitability of the company
- Design, evaluate and enhance the procedures/guidelines/policies of the property management department
- Build rapport with clients and contractors
- Manage and supervise the building managers and technicians who are involved in the management of multiple properties
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Property/Real Estate Management or equivalent
- 10-15 years of experience in property management, preferably at managerial level
- Must be a Registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers
- Well versed in relevant acts, statutes, by-laws and regulations relating to Property & Facility Management
- Extensive experience in managing different types of properties
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
