Relationship Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with Final End-Users/Clients (both existing and new) to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Partner Management: Support and manage relationships with Key Global Partners at the HQ level and Local Key Accounts as assigned.
Growth and Support: Drive growth by continuously supporting indirect customers, leveraging our competitive advantages and broad product portfolio. Increase awareness of NSI's technology portfolio in coordination with Product Management Teams.
Strategic Planning: Develop a growth strategy for assigned territories in the Asia Pacific Region to meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, account retention, and profitability.
Proposal Assistance: Assist the technical department in generating proposals through the commercial review process to ensure professional proposal creation. Manage contractual negotiations where applicable.
Collaboration: Collaborate with research institutions, suppliers, and other technology partners focused on innovation.
Technical Knowledge: Build a thorough understanding of Waste Water/Water Reuse to support indirect customers in using NSI technology to address water treatment needs and conduct technical product sales presentations.
requirements
Educational Background: BS in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry, with an MBA or other advanced education highly preferred in Water & Process Water Treatment.
Experience: At least 7 years of experience in Water and Wastewater treatment is essential. Experience in Resource Reuse and Recovery is a plus. Proven track record of successful management in sales and marketing for a multinational company in the APAC region.
Cross-Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to understand business conditions and government/regulatory issues in APAC, with extensive experience doing business in the region.
Compliance Knowledge: Knowledgeable in local laws and best compliance strategies.
Integrity and Ethics: High standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
Strategic and Hands-On: Balance of strategic thinking and a willingness to be hands-on with operational routines.
