Key Responsibilities:
- Perform snagging tasks to identify and rectify defects in construction and renovation projects.
- Apply mastic and sealant with precision to ensure a clean and professional finish.
- Undertake minor painting jobs to refresh and maintain the appearance of interiors and exteriors.
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues to ensure all tasks meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
