They are currently looking for a Head of HR to join them. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policy development, and compliance. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Talent acquisition and recruitment
- Employee engagement and retention
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee training and development
- Employee performance management
- Compliance and policy management
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the CEO, leading a team of 10.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
