Our client is a leading F&B MNC, currently recruiting for a HR Manager, to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the HR Director, you will take on a generalist portfolio, leading HR activities including recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and more.
Your job scope includes but is not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and execute recruitment strategies, interview procedures, and selection policies
- Manage industrial relations and people management practices to retain talent and reduce staff turnover
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruitment processes
- Recruit talents for new or replacement positions using various platforms
- Select, shortlist, and interview suitable candidates
- Manage Letter of Appointments, P-files, HR database and records
- Manage HR communications, organize social and recreational activities for staff
- Conduct exit interviews and clearance processes
- Manage HR-related government surveys and update MOM Occupational Employment Dataset (OED)
- Handle employee grievances, counseling, and disciplinary issues, and matters related to MOM and TADM
- Handle staff-related matters concerning work injuries and advisories
- Lead Employer Branding initiatives

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Ideally at least 8 years of HR experience, preferably within the F&B or related industry, though not a requirement. Open to candidates who are keen to join the industry
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software
