about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the growing team. This role involves planning and coordinating various human resource management activities, such as workforce planning, compensation and benefits, recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and training, all within the MY regulatory framework. The ideal candidate will balance business partnering and operational HR, demonstrating a solution-driven, commercially focused attitude in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Develop and communicate a clear HR action plan to achieve organizational goals, enhancing engagement, productivity, and retention through strategic partnerships with leaders.
- Establish strong communication with regional COEs, coach leaders to promote company culture, and manage the HR team, including goal setting, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
- Identify HR solutions, analyze attrition trends, improve HR processes, and conduct regular training and orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements, manage HR communications, and implement regional and global HR initiatives per COE standards.

Reporting to the Regional Head of HRBP, you will be leading a team of 1.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 12 years of relevant experience. You have strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. You have a proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organisation across all levels of an organisation.
