- responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in contact center like strategizing business goals and executing key HR initiatives in line with company values and business priorities,
- partner with business to provide innovative solutions to business challenges related to people,
- establish and embrace HR processes and workflows to drive responsive behaviour in the team,
- provide strong HR leadership, planning, and guidance for the development and implementation of effective, and responsive programs which result in a positive, engaged workforce,
- manage and develop direct reporting staff, always driving performance and opportunity,
- work with the leadership team to develop and successfully implement a management development program that builds skills in current and future leaders,
- partner closely with the leadership team to drive company culture throughout the team,
- lead proactive employee and management communications so that every employee has the necessary information needed to perform to their maximum potential,
- implement consistent strategies for managing HR team using best practice policy/practices, including performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations, in alignment with global practices,
- build and maintain industry relationships in the HR field.
- min. 6 years of leadership experience in HR positions in a dynamic Contact Center (industry experience essential),
- must be well-versed in each of the HR disciplines – compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, employee relations and statutory compliance,
- experience leading HR team in a fast moving, hands-on environment and in working for a global organization with at least 250 employees
- highly adaptable and well-organized personality with excellent project management skills and strong business acumen. Preference for those who have led a business or operations team in their career,
- excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with multiple external and internal stakeholders at levels that range from front-line staff to executives, globally,
- ability to exercise sound decisions and timely judgment,
- proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices,
- hands-on experience working with HR systems and modern office technologies.
