Voor een bedrijf in Temse zijn we op zoek naar een HR Officer.

In deze rol omvatten je taken:

- Fungeren als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen van de werknemers;
- Mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor de personeelsadministratie en een nauwkeurige salarisverwerking;
- Actief deelnemen aan werving en selectieprocessen;
- Betrokken zijn bij de correcte on- en offboarding van nieuwe medewerkers;
- Een actieve rol spelen bij het bevorderen van een positieve werkcultuur;
- Assisteren bij de implementatie van HR-beleid, procedures en richtlijnen.
