Training & Development - Responsible for overseeing the organization's training and development efforts. They work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and individual employees, to identify training needs, develop training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
Performance Appraisal – To design, maintain, monitor and enhance the performance management. Advise management on the policies and procedures necessary to advance individual performance in alignment with business objectives. Establish and implement competency models and provide guidance.
Talent Acquisition – looking after overall talent acquisition of the company.
