We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and passionate Analyst to join our team.Quality & Standardization Promotion Department set quality management strategies and develop guideline to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.We are looking for an individual to contribute to a range of horizontal initiatives driving continuous improvement across departments globally. The ideal candidate will be principle oriented and highly analytical to effectively gather information, visualize data and report recommendations.Responsibilities:- Information gathering, data visualization & analysis, improvement planning and validation.- Proactive and professional facilitation of stakeholder involvement and cooperation- Collect information from multiple sources, create proposals and present opportunities to stakeholders and management.- Interact with members from a diverse range of cultures, backgrounds, and industries (software development, infrastructure etc.).

- 3 years or more of relevant work experience (strategy, operations or tech consulting, business or technical work)
- Possesses comprehensive knowledge and experience on utilization of BI tools
- English：Higher than, Business level
