You will handle Clients Technical requirements and represent company as the first point of contact
about the job.
... - Respond to and document user support requests through phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and application issues on desktop and mobile.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate higher-level support team
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and documentation
skills & experiences required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a Tier 1 IT support or help desk role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Windows, macOS, and common business software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English, mandarin will be a plus.
