Take computers lifecycle management, mobiles lifecycle, users assistance:
Plan monthly laptops and accessories incoming, periodic leasing return
Receive hardware, register inventory, inform Wipro in and out when giving users equipment to close tasks, follow
Resolve warranty requests
Check and compute costs allocations for laptops leasing and accessories ordered
Install software Image , localizations, assist user setup
Test scripts and packages deployment, maintain installation media
Mobile telephony lifecycle support
Support onboarding-offboarding tasks and activities
Assist users problems.
Do basic support activities with other IS infrastructure areas, get into migration/upgrade/.. projects
Get knowledge for SharePoint (cloud) usage/support/administration
A plus: SAP basic understanding for users assistance and users right management.
Strong communication skills in English
Office presence 3-4 days a week with flexible timing
