This position is a member of POJ LT and contributes to the overall strategy and culture to fulfill our purpose Breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. This position creates long-term strategies and annual plans in order to optimize the values in Lung Cancer therapeutic area/ Biosimilar and manages working environment and human relationship in the team. This position establishes good relationships not only within POJ but also with stakeholders such as HCPs and global members.1. Keep good environment and relationship within LC/BS team, cross-functional and global members, understand roles of team members and develop necessary capabilities. Make team members maintain high motivation and improve productivities for better results.2. Formulate long-term strategies and annual plans for each brand.– Annual plans for brands include LRF(Long Range Forecast), Operating Plan, Brand Plan(Market Analysis, Strategies/Tactics, Communication Plan) and POA.3. If there is a gap between a target and actual performance, analyze causes and carry out appropriate measures to achieve annual goals.4. In order to optimize brand values, analyze market survey results, competitor information and KOL’s insight to plan strategies. Furthermore, promote lifecycle management of brands form long-term perspectives.5. Keep good environment and relationship with HCPs and make good communication with key KOLs who are important for business to establish better relationship.6. Communicate with stakeholders of each team including global team, Sales, Finance, Medical Development, Nagoya Factory, policies・pharmaceutical department and PR to make them understand brand strategies for better actions and collaboration. Establish constructive relationship with external partners and vendors.- Involve other people with strong leadership- Develop human resource and management, considering teamwork- Create new ideas- Keep compliance and follow guidelines with high level of integrity and judgement.- Committed to results- Make a quick decision making
