Responsibilities
What will you do?
• Develop and deliver engaging, interactive instructor-led training sessions for employees on product typology and classification, merchandizing technology, attribution best practices and procedures
• Manage logistics for all training activity such as calendar management, technology set-up, pre- and post training
• Conduct discovery sessions with SMEs and other stakeholders to determine deeper learner needs
• Coordinate, deliver and run point on internal training events, both virtual and in-person
• Create supportive engaging learning experiences, including job aids, videos, presentations and user guides
• Manage webinar & virtual training tools during online learning sessions ex: break out rooms, polls, Q&A, chat
• Act as a content expert as it relates to lululemon product typology and classification, merchandizing technology, attribution best practices and procedures
• Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners
• Revise live training materials into sustainable on-demand resources such as eLearning, keeping specific audience, learning modality, and other learning considerations in mind while always looking for the most efficient way to express the desired learning objectives
• Ensure learning content adheres to business strategy, content standards, and other guidelines
• Collect and report on post-training metrics and incorporate feedback into future training iterations.
• Practice agility in maintenance of learning materials to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project
Support Activities:
• Collaborate across the Systems Training team to brainstorm and devise cutting-edge learning strategies and techniques
• Support cross-functional partners to deliver project-related activities for the audience
Qualifications
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in Product Training, Product Education or Technical Facilitation
• Strong knowledge of products and retail / fashion industry
• Advanced facilitation skills and experience handling difficult or unengaged learners
• Proficiency in basic content development and facilitation tools, including Microsoft 365 Suite, Zoom, Miro, Kahoot
• Experience with complex calendar, email, and documentation management
• A team player that truly believes they are successful when the organization is successful
• Exemplary attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high pressure environment and deliver high quality product under tight timelines
