- A degree in the relevant field
- Experience in administration
- Good Excel skills to support the organization of the Procure-to-Pay processes in the area of Legal and Integrity
- Acquire knowledge of the systems that support the procure-to-pay process such as SAP-Ariba, Readsoft and SAP ERP
- Full command of written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving skills, systematic approach to a problem, understanding the consequences in a systemic way
- Sophisticated communication skills: proven ability to present and report on activities clearly and effectively, sensitivity to communication steps in relation to all levels of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
