about the job
- Design and implement the company’s annual festive and non festive décor concept within the approved budget
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers in the production of decor and marketing collaterals
- Keep updated with the latest market trends, festive and non festive décor concept plan
- Implement marketing strategies and conduct customer segmentation through understanding the market trends and customers' needs
- Create and implement successful decoration strategies
- Uphold the decor standards of the mall and maintain corporate identity
- Work with external advertising and public relations agencies to implement mall branding and other marketing approaches
- Work closely with tenants and leasing team on joint promotional activities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract footfall and eventually increase revenue of the mall
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Mass Communications, Advertising, Marketing or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in event management/marketing for a shopping mall
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
- Experienced in mall decoration setup
