■THE ROLEThe role supports AMM in the deployment of the comms asset/toolbox development related to CRM Engagementprograms, and execution across all touchpoints through different teams for testing, obtaining necessary legal andfinancial approval.■ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.• Deployment & delivery of assets• Performance tracking & enhancement• Support to AMM for coordination and approvals• Budget and email dispatch project management• Delivery of Project timeline• Risk Management & content compliance to brand & legal requirements (and optimized for search and userexperience)• Content Versioning and A/B Testing• Monitor content effectiveness - consumer F/B Performance tracking, analysis & reporting (Cadencemeeting)• Cost management (Agency/Budget management)

■QUALIFICATIONS
• Hands-on experience most important
• 5 years’ experience in loyalty and CRM marketing activities in consumer goods industries or in
agencies/consulting firms servicing consumer goods businesses
• Experience working in a matrix-style organization a nice to have but not mandatory
• Some experience in loyalty programs and comms
• Experience in cross-functional project
■Competencies:
• Learning mindset and capability to adapt Analytical thinking
• Commercial mindset in driving results Influencing
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate cross functionally, and across regions with multiple stakeholders
• Agile approach to project implementation and a mindset comfortable and capable to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and consumer behavior
• Some digital marketing skills/experience including content understanding, development & analysis across POE Some understanding of data analytics as applied to loyalty marketing Some expertise in CRM/loyalty campaign/program planning and measurement
