We're currently seeking a dedicated Maths/STEM teacher to inspire and empower students within this Secondary Department (Key Stage 3-5).

- Salary: £30,000 - £41,333 (M1 - M6)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Term time only

The Role:
As a Maths/STEM teacher, you'll be at the heart of delivering tailored, high-quality education to meet individual student needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging and differentiated educational experiences in line with DFE guidance.
- Working collaboratively with the supportive team to refine and enrich the curriculum.
- Providing guidance and support to Teaching Assistants for effective classroom management.
- Implementing school policies, with a focus on safeguarding and equality of opportunity.
- Monitoring student progress and well-being, collaborating with support teams and professionals as required.
Key Duties:
- Delivering curriculum content with flexibility and innovation.
- Adapting lessons to engage and support students with diverse learning needs, particularly those with ASD.
- Maintaining a nurturing classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Championing the school's vision and ethos, promoting holistic student growth.
- Evaluating teaching methods and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to support student well-being and success.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualified Teacher status with a solid understanding of SEN curriculum adaptation.
- Experience working with young people with ASD.
- Sound knowledge of Safeguarding principles and Child Protection procedures.
- Ability to cultivate supportive relationships with students and accommodate varied learning styles.
- Familiarity with effective strategies and visual teaching methods to engage reluctant learners.
- A flexible, innovative approach with a flair for creativity.
