đ€ Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-level Mathematics.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for mathematics.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Mathematics curriculum and participate in cross-curricular initiatives.
- Participate in and organise extracurricular activities, such as Maths clubs and competitions, to enrich students' learning experiences.
đ Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the Mathematics curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
