Roles and Responsibilities:
- Previous hospital experience from a reputable setup is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hospital operations and marketing strategies.
- Assess and potentially set up a new team, in collaboration with the existing in-house team head.
- Ability to identify gaps and provide valuable insights to bridge them.
- Manage digital media and offline marketing activities.
- Lead brand promotions to increase brand value.
- Implement necessary changes including but not limited to Google reviews, SEO optimization, social media management, logo redesigning, website enhancement, and creating engaging content such as doctors' reels/shorts.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in both individual work and team management.
