Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction and oversight for daily operations to
ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Streamline processes and workflows to optimize resource utilization
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve
departmental goals
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team
members
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement
changes to enhance operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate workflows
Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and
technology, to meet operational objectives
Ensure optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high
standards of service delivery
Address and resolve any issues affecting operational quality Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration
among different departments
Liaise with senior management to report on operational performance and contribute to
strategic decision-making
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage
the operations budget
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings

Patient tracking and follow up- created an excel based tracking for daily tracking against
admission advised vs converted and under follow up

Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from reputed University.
Prior Experience in OTC/P2P/RTR domains
Experience of leading a span of min of 500+
Proven track record of driving technology led transformation programs for clients
Process consulting experience, preferred over business / strategy consulting
Proven client / partner management and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Measurable experience in leading and growing profitable satisfied accounts and/or
significant account management experience.
Demonstrate working knowledge of lean six sigma framework to drive continuous
performance improvement.
Subject matter authority in GL, Invoicing, credit bureau and banking integrations software
expertise.
Analytical problem-solving skills with an outstanding attention to detail
