We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join our team and make a difference in students' lives.
đ€ Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality MFL lessons in one or more languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-level.
- Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes active learning and cultural appreciation.
- Employ diverse teaching strategies and resources to meet the varied needs and abilities of students.
- Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their progress and attainment.
- Work collaboratively with the MFL department and other staff to enrich the curriculum and incorporate innovative teaching practices.
- Lead and participate in extracurricular activities, such as language clubs, international trips, and cultural events, to enhance students' learning experiences.
đ Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Modern Foreign Languages or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching MFL at the secondary school level.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the MFL curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Enthusiastic about inspiring students to achieve their full potential in language learning.
